Jasmine Dance Ensemble was established in 2007 by Ms. Jun Xu. It consists of a group of dance lovers.

The group practices and performs Chinese traditional dances for Chinese and other community events around Birmingham and nearby cities in Alabama. 

Since its inception, Jasmine Dance Ensemble has performed for the Birmingham Chinese New Year Festival, Huntsville Chinese New Year Festival, Alabama Dance Festival, Asian Culture and Food Festival, Montgomery Holiday International Tasting, and other cultural and charitable events.
